Job Description

As a Client Success Manager at Klen.ai, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Your main role will be to build and maintain strong relationships, support clients in utilizing our AI assistants, and make necessary adjustments to their accounts as needed. You will ensure clients are receiving the maximum value from our solutions and will be key in driving their success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in onboarding, including setting up their AI assistants and providing training on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance, ensure their needs are being met, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Help clients make changes to their accounts and AI assistants, tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Monitor client usage and health metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend best practices.
  • Gather client feedback and work closely with the product team to address feature requests or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and technical support teams to ensure client success.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, escalating issues as needed for a quick resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology; experience with CRM software and understanding of AI solutions is a plus.
  • A proactive approach and a strong sense of accountability for client success.
