Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team on a 1099 commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a proven track record of closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting cold outreach, presenting our AI voice solutions, and converting leads into paying customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to generate leads.
  • Present Klen.ai's AI voice solutions to potential clients.
  • Identify decision-makers and effectively pitch our services.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to demonstrate our product.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure consistent conversions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an outbound sales representative or similar role.
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or AI industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Compensation

  • This position is commission-only, with a competitive commission structure. You earn a percentage for every new client you acquire.
