2. Account Information

Requirements for Creating an Account

To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and create a password, then verify your email or use Google to sign up and log in. Users must be 18 years or older to use our app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Available Plans

Lite Plan: 100 Monthly Minutes, Unlimited Agents Growth Plan: 200 Monthly Minutes, Unlimited Agents Premium Plan: 400 Monthly Minutes, Unlimited Agents Pro Plan: 800 Monthly Minutes, Unlimited Agents, Custom Functions*

Billing Cycle

Users can choose between a monthly or annual billing cycle.

Overage Charges

If you exceed the monthly call minutes limit of your plan, an overage charge of $1 per additional minute will apply.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, US bank accounts, CashApp, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and other options for payments. Our payment processing is powered by Stripe, a secure and industry-leading platform. When you sign up for our service, we create a Stripe customer account for you, which allows you to manage your payment methods and plans in a dedicated customer portal.

Custom Functions

Custom functions are charged separately and depend on the specific requirements of the user. To access custom functions, users must be enrolled in a Pro Plan. Please consult with us to discuss your specific needs and receive a quote. Custom functions may include: - Custom integrations with third-party services - Advanced call routing and handling - Custom AI models and responses - Advanced automation workflows - Custom user interface modifications

4. User Responsibilities

Content and Interaction

Users must follow all local and federal laws regarding the usage of AI voice assistants. You are responsible for the content you create or interact with using our service.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our voice assistant for illegal activities, harassment, or any activities that violate applicable laws.

5. Usage of the Service

Main Features and Functionalities

Klen AI allows you to create AI voice assistants to help with answering your calls and provides detailed call reports for each call.

Appropriate Use

Users must use the app responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Data Privacy

We collect general contact information, usage, and call data from users.

Data Usage and Protection

Your data is used to provide and improve our services. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data.

Third-Party Sharing

7. Intellectual Property

SmartCoord LLC retains all rights to the content and technology of the app. Distribution rights are not granted to others unless expressly given in writing.

Your account may be terminated for non-compliance with laws, non-payment, illegal activities, harassment, or any other violation of these terms.

Data Upon Termination

Upon termination, phone numbers and user data may be deleted immediately or within a few months, depending on our data retention policy.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartCoord LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
